Pictures from our boating days, now sadly finished. We sold saratina in February 2008, but she has gone
to a good home and is still being used regularly.
| Saratina |

|
Saratina is a 1972 Seamaster 27, powered by a 37.5 horsepower Nanni inboard Diesel engine. She sleeps 4,
has shorepower, pumped hot water, fridge, seatoilet and a gas heater in the saloon. There is still a fair amount of work to
do to her, with a boat of this age, it is an ongoing exercise.

This photo show Scott bringing Saratina into Godmanchester lock in August 2006, this picture shows that there is not
much room for error, particularly if there is a strong side wind blowing!
| Iroko ll and Saratina |

|
Iroko ll, a 21' Shetland 640, which was my previous boat, and Saratina, a Seamaster 27, my current boat,
moored together at Crosshall Marina September 2005. This picture was taken whilst transfering gear from Iroko to Saratina.
| Lunchtime! |

|
This was a very hot day in June 2006, and became a favourite lunch spot for the rest of the year. If a reminder
of the joys of boating is needed in the dark winter days, this is the one that does it for me!
| Iroko and Saratina |

|
Iroko and Saratina together again November 2006.
Saratina has been lifted to do some work to the exterior wood and to rub down and re antifoul the hull.
